I've used ISU-CBQ for over 20 years for our company health benefits and COBRA plan. All the staff have been great to work with, Scott, Kaddyne, Heather, Diane all have gone above and beyond for our company. When other companies call to ask us to quote benefits I always refuse because I know I could never get this good of service with anyone else!
Spoke to Dave Cerva over the phone, I believe he’s the CEO, and he was disrespectful. He was rude and hang up on me before I could even get in another word. Would never do business with a company who’s own CEO treats others with disrespect.
