I had a couple of questions regarding my Insurance and I was on the call with two different departments and gave me the run around. I was then transferred to Edie, he was able to clarify all of my questions and concerns and educated me as well. He was very polite and kind and empathetic with me. He didn’t seem annoyed of all the questions I threw at him he made me feel comfortable asking as well. Great service!

Janica is above and beyond the greatest managerial employee Select Health could have ever hired. I have dealt with volumes of customer service positions and she is the sharpest, most effective, most empathetically oriented person. She jumped at the chance to resolve the problem, proactively creating a plan. What a great experience to have finally been able to reach someone who went above and beyond. She also followed up - as promised - double checking with Hospital providers, internal mailings, checks being received, etc. What a relief to have found her. She makes Select Health my choice now and forever more. Great hire!
