I've been with Melissa Felis and State Farm for my three autos, home, and business, for close to 19 years and have always had great service with Melissa and her assistants. They have always answered the phone when I've called and the couple times that they were not able to answer, they called me right back, even when I didn't leave a message. That's great service! A+++ When it comes to State Farm as a company, it's been mostly positive. I had a couple small no-fault comprehensive auto claims like windshields and it was always super smooth. I have been a customer of State Farm for years and have NEVER received the customer service I do from Melissa Felis. I have nothing but great things to say about her. Just about every time I call Melissa answers herself. On the couple occasions when I’ve left a message Melissa has called me back within 15 minutes or less. Great customer service, Melissa takes State Farm from good to great. If you’re looking for a personal touch from your insurance agent and someone that is involved, Melissa is the one.

I tried to call and get a quote, but naturally had to speak to an assistant. The gentleman has a rather abrasive manner of customer service over the phone that I would rather not have to deal with any time I need assistance from my agent so I will be trying another State Farm office or a different company. It's a shame as Ms. Felis appears to be the kind of agent a customer would appreciate, but if you can't speak with her and have to speak with her assistant, it's not worth the trouble. The policy seemed decent for what it was. And the quote was reasonable though, so if you don't mind an unpleasant phone call or feeling like you're an irritant, go ahead and give her a call.

Melissa and her employees are the greatest people. They are always so helpful, and they do their best to get you the best rate and coverage. They are honest and forthright and no other insurance company has even come close to the rate/coverage we have received over the years. It is important to me to be treated like a person they care about rather than get some nobody on the other end I am just a number to when I need assistance and advice. I have been with Melissa for over 20 years. Relatives that have dealt with her through me are loyal to her as well. Her customer service is number 1!!! I appreciate her so much.
