When we first started with this agency, it was a very positive & pleasant experience. Recently we have had to deal with some other reps there. I fully expect for them to cancel our insurance (car & homeowners) after this review. We are now dealing with Frank. He could care less about our business or us. He made that very apparent. That's fine Frank. We have already dropped one home from our policy & will remove our unwanted business very soon. Mission accomplished Frank. Seems like a different agency from when we started.

Our company has had Cynda as a rep for this companyfor 10 or so years. She was great to deal with. Fast response time, friendly and we always felt like she cared. In recent years we have got transferred from one rep to another. Please take note that the other company reps are horrible to work with. Frank especially. Their willing to hang up on you and they don’t act like they care. After having Erie so long was hard but worth it in the end to leave to a different company. Remember Catawba County, there are plenty of other insurance agencies that would love your business and treat you right. Go elsewhere.
