I have been with Allstate for over 35 years. They have great customer service and excellent pricing. I love working with Shaun Melton who takes great care of our policies. Shaun is the reason I am so satisfied with Allstate.

Unsatisfied with the level of service. The staff was inpatient and offered me a quote that was higher than a quote from another agent that I had just received with the same company and refused to look into why the quote was higher or look into other solutions. I sent an email asking to switch agents/offices, I explained my reasoning, was told that there wasn't even any record of my call and was still treated as though the issue was inconsequential. Additionally, I was told I can only change my agent if I call "after hours" or "on the weekend" ... what? That doesn't even make any sense. I am paying this company HUNDREDS of dollars a month and I plan on switching insurance companies ASAP, but, if you have to work with Allstate I recommend working with a different office because this one does
