Concerning progressive and Carlin Insurance: Do not use them...they will take your money and drop you. I had 2 roadside assistance within 30 days (unlock vehicle-no accident) and they dropped my insurance claiming I violated their policy. This is not in their policy. It says 7 tows in a 6 month time frame. It says nothing about vehicle lock outs. I paid $261.00 to start this policy and that was July 3, 2024 and my first payment was August 3, 2024 which was 86.00 this wasn't my regular premium which was 136.00(there was change with these amounts). Progressive said I violated their policy which was automatic cancelation on July 27, 2024. Now I was unaware and was not told this until I found out on the 17th of August 2024.
