I was given an email and a fax # to send an appeal to, only to call back a week later to be told "Oh we prefer faxes and that was the wrong fax number." So I paid to send another fax. What century are you in where faxes are easier for you than email? Just more frustrate the customer song and dance. Backdate my appeal to the date I originally sent the first email and fax, give me a verification of receipt and a speedy decision. I have lost hearing and had other complications since May. My next fax will be to the MIA if I do not see a favorable outcome soon. You just let people go deaf? Total failure of the customer. Lack of help. Lack of compassion. Lack of accountability.
