Within the past 12 months, we purchased our first home (and home insurance), a new vehicle (needed car insurance), and signed up for life insurance. Throughout, Courtney and Richard have been a tremendous help to us. They promptly respond to emails, proactively reach out, and consistently educate us about what is covered by our insurance (including how rates are calculated and any ways to qualify for lower rates). Though the home buying and car buying processes have been stressful at times, at least we could count on the insurance aspect being simple and straightforward.
