Bayside Insurance

Chris Schindler was amazing when our kitchen flooded. He initially did our policy a few years ago. Surprisingly, the process was relatively painless as we dealt with the insurance company's compensation. Chris was extremely helpful in putting us in contact with the right people to keep everything moving. He even noticed when our adjuster missed that our deductible was waived because of the amount of our claim. Thank you, Chris! We hope this never happens again, but if so, we know we're in good hands!

Customer services lacking, no auto payment option for commercial insurance. Have to call a completely different company to pay your bill even though the insurance is through Bayside. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.
