I had started the claim with someone else, and then realized I needed to make a change to the auto shop I wanted to send my vehicle to. Albert at Greg Haddaway’s office answered the call. Albert mad this entire process PAINLESS! He made everything so easy and seamless for me, all with a smile on his face, as I could hear it in his voice.
