I just moved out of Michigan after having three years of liability and auto coverage through Capital Insurance Services. No matter how absentminded I got with my policy renewal dates or documentation, the representatives here (I worked with Pat N. and Karen P.) remained patient and conscientious in helping me stay up-to-date on my plans. They are consistent, prompt and reliable; I was always satisfied with the quotes they found for me; and I would recommend highly the insurance companies they referred me to. As an independent contractor who hates paperwork more than the average person who claims to hate paperwork, it really made my life easier to work with them.
