My experience with Bruce, Denise, and Eve was great. Great folks to work with UNTIL you file a claim with State Farm (SF). I filed one claim for a vehicle and SF was the absolute worst company to deal with. I've had them for years with no claims and yet I have to fight with them for every penny. From "not finding paperwork" to "transferring my claim to a different department" to "denying parts of my claim" and even hanging up on me. They finally closed my claim with only paying partial repairs. This has been a nightmare!
