I spoke with Becky today about my policy price going up. She was incredibly helpful and kind. She was very, very empathetic about the price increase and checked everything she could to see if we could get the price back down. Unfortunately she was unable to but explained very thoroughly why the price jumped. Unfortunately she is the most competent person I have spoken to at this office. She also confirmed that they have record of me requesting ride share coverage multiple times and it was never added. I only selected State Farm because no one cheaper offered ride share coverage. From the very first call with the agent I voiced the request for the coverage as I drive for Lyft. I have always had great service! Recently we were making some changes to our policy and Jacob went above and beyond to help get things explained. I feel like he is very trustworthy along with all the other agents I have worked with! Would definitely recommend this office!
