They were nice until I wanted to cancel. Then I get a bill from Penn National which said I owe $. I called him and he started talking over me. Then I told him to stop talking and listen. I told you I was not going to renew. Then he hangs up on me. Do Not Use Them!!!!!

Listen, this folks have been serving Hendersonville for a long time, same faces when you need them, always there for your insurance needs, I know, they are the only company I have ever used, and I've been here 33 years. So call or go see Janet or kenny.

My mortgagee messed up and they were able to quickly resolve the insurance issue with minimal work on my part, very happy with that!
