I called Brandon yesterday out of necessity because Progressive has yet again, not been able to assist me with my basic needs of owning an RV or a Camper. Within minutes his friendly front ops team got my info and by the time I reached him, he was up to speed with my needs. He thoroughly got my policy outlined, quoted, and explained each layer of coverage to protect my investments and helped me understand the value of what I am getting. So Brandon Jones, you guys need to remember this name. This guy not only got me a great quote for my home insurance, but also brought down my auto insurance over $100 and got me better coverage then what I already had! Brandon is with out a doubt a professional and made my talk on the phone with him an enjoyable one. He not only signs you up for the right coverage but EXPLAINS! What you are paying for and why you need it. I’m not sure how long he’s been doing this for but if I where to guess from my experience, I would say this guy is a veteran in this and has been doing this 20+ years.
