I recently switched to Brightway Auto insurance, the process was super smooth than expected. The insurance agent was helpful and explained different options. I signed up for better coverage at a lower rate than my previous one. I highly recommended to choose the Brightway insurance.
I just recently joined... But kinda regretting it .. I was 6 hrs late on payment... Due to server weather having everything closed and trying to pay it online wasn't working... So instead of them understanding when I called... They charged me a extra 10 dollars... I paid it though... But I'm thinking about switching... Cause they should have worked with me....
