Brandon Loo is simply the best insurance agent I've ever worked with. When it is urgent, he gets back to me right away. His staff is always super helpful, and he helps us navigate to the complexities of the State farm corporate system to overcome delays or bureaucratic snafus. I would recommend him to anyone!
