Im looking for Non-owners insurance to help a family member get their driver's license. They won't do it because they say you have to add them to your policy. But thats not true. This lady on the phone argued with me (arguingis very unprofessionalby the way) saying she's been doing this 35 years. I called another company and got the non-owners insurance in 5 minutes

When you need them the most they just take the phone and leave it off the hook for 3 hours straight definitely changing insurance companies

My mom called to get car insurance, they gave it to my mom in the amount of $237.59. My sister then added me on her auto insurance and told my mom to call Bottoms and tell them to cancel it 15 MINUTES LATER!! The lady told my mom to sign a DocuSign, I signed it and they told my mom that it would be $22 deducted. The lady proceeded to get really nasty with her and denied giving her a refund period! My mom called the bank and Disputed her money..needless to say, she still getting her money back at the end of the day. The call for these peoples shanagains ‼️

They are great, they helped me with getting my son's disability. I tried for years with no help. When I got them I was approved within a year.

I went in for commercial insurance more than a week ago. I filled out the form and was told I would be contacted. I called Progressive Insurance for a quote. I received a quote the same day with Progressive Insurance. I still haven't heard from Bottoms Insurance.
