Garbage insurance, can’t ever get a straight answer! They continue to deny me MEDICALLY needed medication! Can’t wait to cancel them, they just like to take your money that you pay them that basically makes YOU pay for the medication by having insurance cover it first. Unreal, guess what’s medically needed isn’t a concern for them as long as they get their funds

I have been trying to get a reimbursement of my aunt's account who died in September. Despite calling them (as I have power of attorney) the day she died to discontinue the policy , they continued to automatically withdraw her premium in October and November. After multiple calls, I finally got them to stop withdrawing. I then have dealt with multiple representatives trying to get this reimbursed so that I can finally close her checking account and end her financial obligations. Each time I get a different rep and am told a different story, but told to call them if I haven't received the check in 7-10 days. Now after about 10 calls there still has been no reimbursement, while they continue to profit from this 101 year old deceased woman.

They said my account was inactive, despite paying. So I finally cancelled because of all the headaches with the barely usable site, hard to reach customer service and high premiums. Now I find out at Urgent Care that it's still active?!

Pathetic insurance company. My wife and I had them through our previous employer. They religiously collected our weekly payment. We left that employer on 12/23/22 and it’s in their policy that once employment is ceased the insurance would cancel 30 days after employment stops. On 12/27/22 Highmark processed a payment from my account and then cancelled the policy on 1/1/23. After canceling the policy and refusing to pay anything between 1/1/23 and 1/23/23 they sent us an offer to continue the insurance but never once notified us that they were canceling it. Poor customer service and no regard for us. They are definitely a for profit organization and have little concern for their clients health only your payments.

Absolutely the WORST company I’ve ever dealt with - Chaotic, disorganized, incompetent! Been calling for days - on hold for hours each time! Keep getting different answers every time about coverage. Then wait an hour to get transferred to a “senior” and the phone just hangs up. What a JOKE of a company. They will be soon be bankrupt bc customers will not stay with a company like this- ourselves included! What a disgrace!! Utterly frustrated! I’m reporting them to Better Business Bureau and I suggest other customers do the same!
