Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota - Minot

I had an absolutely TERRIBLE experience with BCBS in Minot ND!!! It would highly recommend not to do ANY business with them. I tried to cancel the insurance policy. I stopped by the office to fill out necessary paperwork. I paid premium for previous months. Two months later I still would receive invoices from them to pay for next month. I stopped by their office multiple times, I called the customer service. I tried to explain that now I had a coverage through my employer! Nothing works!! I simply can not cancel my insurance plan with BCBS!!!!! Please share your experience if you have similar problem. Something has to be done. File the complain with Federal Trade Commission. I am so tired from this unfair treatment and scamming practices!

Very poor service and explanation. Lost coverage so was searching for new. Left 2 voicemails and sent one email and no response. Call today and am told “I missed a window of enrollment”. Wonderful explanation and prompt employees! Not lol.

Tried asking some questions about my policy, got hung up on both times second one blasted music for 30 seconds and than hung up

Called to find a comprehensive policy, was told to call the north dakota insurance board and the agent hung up, WOW.

Kinda rude when I called. Even heard a sigh when I asked for our card #'s because it's been over a week and we haven't received any information. Sorry to be such a bother lady. Next time I'll call Fargo.
