Blue Cross & Blue Shield of MA

I just LOVE my BCBS health insurance. I called a number that got me talking to a person who tried to sell me another’s insurance. I didn’t sign up and realized he was steering me incorrectly. Once I did that and found the correct number, I found BCBS easy, simple and helpful.

My daughter has a degenerative jaw disorder and has been in pain so severe she has had to cut hours at work and go thru botox injections that are useless.Now she had to pay $250. Out of pocket for prior approval for the surgery she has needed for 2 years.As a retired nurse ,I am discussed with insurance in our country😡

This company doesn't care about your needs! The call centers are following programmed algorithms to which don't help expedite any calls! They waste your time on hold and transfer from one agent to the next until the line goes dead or you get disgusted and hang up on your own! Common sense is missing!
