Called and asked for a estimate for car insurance. No answer after a week, called back still reviewing my docs supposedly. Week two comes around, still no contact. Horrible customer service and no sense of urgency for any future business.
We have been clients of State Farm/Flanagan Insurance for 30+ years. We have always been more than satisfied with the service offered by Mr Flanagan and his staff.
I had liability only... crashed my car and now they didn't do anything to help me get another car... even though it was not my fault. But that's okay. God is stronger..
Only State Farm!!!! NO ONE CAN OUT BEAT THEM!!!!
