BFP Associates

I have been overpaying for many years with this company for life insurance. I have tried calling many, many times and received no call back. I would even call Principal Life directly, and they would invariably refer me back to BFP who I would call again and would get no response. Life would get busy and I would not have the time to doggedly pursue a return call and would continue overpaying. Last Spring, I called again multiple times, saying that I was concerned that my policy would expire and again received no call back. Finally, I ended up getting a letter from Principal Life Insurance, stating that my $300 a year policy was ending and that if I wanted to continue with another policy, I would have to pay $1800 per year.
