Jason and Tracey Ross have horrible customer service. My vehicle was totaled by a work truck his company insured. Nothing has been handled since October. I was promised a rental when my car was to be taken. No rental just stole my car. Unprofessional and nothing but a hassle call a lawyer before dealing with them. Nothing but lies and false statements.

My water heater went out causing my business to close for two days and a $13,000 expense to replace the water heater. Berkley Mid-Atlantic says I have no claim. I pay thousands of dollars each quarter to be covered and they can’t even give us a quarter of this back. This is what’s wrong with the insurance industry. You are forced to use it, but they’re not forced to pay.

The worse experience in every aspect. I have been forwarded to everyone in this company at this point and they don't want to take responsibility for their clients action, don't get associated with this insurance company in any way. I have my vehicle damaged and they don't want to pay it's been 2 months NOW. This company won't last, if you work here quit and if you think of working here DONT. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR CAR INSURANCE HERE. DONT. ZERO STARS IN EVERY CATEGORY.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure of working with. After trying to file a claim against them, they have lied to us, failed to file paperwork, and just refused communications for weeks. We have $4000+ in damages they're supposed to pay for but seem to think that closing their eyes and ignoring us will make us go away. And it's not just a single adjuster, but upper management as well. Don't work with this lying despicable company. They'll make you look bad by association. Like they did to the independent assessors they hired only for them to provide me a paper trail to prove Berkley was lying.
