After insurance was about to renew tried to call her to find a cheaper place for house insurance and car insurance I told her I don’t want to renew told me she gonna call in two days right after I called ,she renewed the insurance without my permission because I told her not to do it she did that twice with me I canceled it because it’s not right if u want to keep costumers u should not do things without they permission

I've been dealing with the Bepler family for over 20 years now and even though they are no longer with State Farm I will continue to have my insurance needs met with them. I never feel like a number but a part of the family. My heart was saddened by the news of Mr. Gary Bepler's passing and my thoughts and prayers are with the family.
