Extremely disappointed with the service I received. I used them t purchase business insurance for the 2024 year. They failed to understand the insurance application and provided me with incorrect information, so at the end of the year I owed a surprise $1300 extra to the insurance company for incorrect payroll reporting. I, however, provided accurate and timely updates to any changes in Payroll as asked of me to avoid this very thing. When I addressed this issue with the owner, and asked for them to split the error they made with me 50/50 (which was generous of me as I am not the one who made a mistake) they simply ignored my request. an email excerpt in my attempt to ask for resolution: "I would hope that Bedard can attempt to rectify this situation by helping with the costs associated

Extreme poor customer service. Did not return phone calls or answer questions, just gave us a phone number to call after our house was damaged in the Wellesly Spokane Fire in 2016. I called that number and was told that I needed to talk to Bedard. Bedard did not return my phone calls. Very unhelpful during a stressful time. Their website states, "Personalized Attention and Unequivocal Dedication". I would say that is a statement of irony in the extreme. There are so many different insurance agents out there, anyone is better than Bedard.
