Tim Lane - State Farm Insurance Agent

I am so grateful to Tim Lane & his amazing staff! My car was hit while parked. I filed through the guy's insurance (Bristol West - WHAT A JOKE THEY ARE!!) - After weeks of not hearing from them, I filed through my own on a Friday.. Within 1 HOUR, my car was already set up for a tow for Monday morning. Wednesday afternoon rolls around and I get a call that my car is a total loss. Super crappy, but I am so grateful to Tim Lane & his staff for making this experience that much easier and for assuring me that because I am not at fault that my premium will not go up. Pretty amazing cause that is exactly why I did not want to go through my own insurance!! I appreciate you guys so very, very much!! BEST INSURANCE FOLKS EVER!!! Glad my father recommended you!! <3

Had a not so great experience with a state farm office and ended up calling this office instead to discuss in detail what I was looking for and what I was needing. This office was great especially because they know what the other office had done wrong and was willing to be a mediator to try and help without me switching to another office. I ultimately switched because this showed me this office had the skill and knowledge to work with what I needed.

Tim was sick at home. I had an urgent and odd circumstance that couldn’t be handled through the State Farm website or call center. He literally got out of bed and drove to the office to personally take care of this urgent matter. He saved the day!!! He truly cared and took action. Thank you Tim!

I've been with state farm for almost 4 yrs this office is horrible with communication and every few months they increase my monthly rate. Never had an accident or even a ticket the whole time but it keeps going up and they have no good excuse as to why. Finally looked at several different companies and all would give me the same thing if not better for over $100 cheaper every month. Just save yourself the money and headache and go somewhere else.

Tim has been my agent for years. My wife and I have 8 cars, our house, a couple rentals and an umbrella. We had a meeting with Tim on Wednesday and he was able to get us better insurance for less money. It was great to sit down with Tim and get his help. Thank You
