Yesterday, July 31, 2025, I had the pleasure, and ultimately, the honor and privilege, of speaking to and communicating with Cori. I was trying to unravel an insurance debacle I hoped had been taken care of back in March. As our conversation progressed, it clearly had not been resolved.
