I have been with Inland Northwest Ins for 10 years now. Bill has been professional and knowledgeable for all my insurance needs. It's a pleasure to do business with a company that truly cares about their clients and offers alternatives when requested.

Katie is our agent and is amazing. She makes us feel like we are her only clients. She helped us move our 20 year old twin daughters to their own policy which ended up saving us both money over an already great rate! Inland Northwest has our business, home and auto policy and have been outstanding. Thanks Katie and Steve for being awesome.

I originally received a quote from Katie and the cost was pretty similar to what I currently had. Then a few months went by and i received a call and Katie stated she had re-ran our information and a ticket had dropped off and she was able to save us a significant amount. This is THE BEST insurance agency around! Highly recommended! We get our commercial insurance from Inland Northwest - we're an Archaeology firm so a little atypical but Steve Florance and his crew figured out just what we needed. Several times a year we win a contract that requires an insurance certificate and Inland Northwest is always right on top of it - they send out the certificate within hours! Now that's good service!!
