I’ve been with BBWH for 10 years, working with Wes Powell and his team. I’ve always found them to be very responsive to any/every call or email. Members of my family have bought and sold a lot of cars, and all I had to do was email the details and the changeover was made and a new insurance card issued usually within 24 hours. Wes and others have always given me great advice about policies to save me money and optimize my coverage. I’d do business with them all over again.

My family has used BBWH for 10 years and always a positive experience. In those 10 years, I've made 2 auto claims; both cases I was not a fault. With each incident, my agent Wes was on top of it. He responded immediately to my email notifying him of the incident. In one claim, the other driver was uninsured but I didn't have to deal with that; they took care of all the legal matters. All I had to do was provide the police report and Wes and Meg did the rest. They scheduled the appt with the insurance adjuster and sent me a check to pay the body shop. They also covered the rental car cost for the week while my car was in the body shop getting repaired. Could I find a lower price with an online auto insurance company? Probably. Called and never got a call back. Went by their office and dropped off all of my information with my current insurance company at the time. Still haven't heard back from them. I needed a quote for three cars, homeowners and a boat. I guess they don't do business with local everyday people. I think I even sent an email on their website and nothing!
