Had this company for business liability insurance for many years until this year I paid a full annual premium only to have the policy canceled for some nonsense. Now over a month later no one is contactable, voice mails are full and of course no premium returned. Jason Brown, Andrea Lopez seem to be the main issues here. Be careful don’t part with your money you’ll get nothing back

I have had small business and property insurance with BBIMI for several years without problems. I was satisfied with their coverage and ability to advise and provide appropriate policies to ensure my risks were well-covered for a reasonable premium cost. This year I had some difficulty getting a refund on a cancelled policy (my business was sold) and the process took 5 months to complete, which was frustrating. After some initial poor communication (BBIMI)and some errors along the way (the insurance company), I received a full refund. I will say that once my case was escalated to upper management, the problem was very quickly, and professionally resolved.
