I love this place! The Staff is always very friendly. I have used them in the past, and they ended up returning back here. Have been with them for years now and don’t plan on going anywhere else.
I found that they are pretty good at finding a cheap policy but the times I've had the pleasure of talking with someone they can sound kinda rude but everyone there is older so it makes sense
Whoever Ann is needs to work on her customer service skills. The most unprofessional phone call I've ever had with an agent.
Every time I speak to someone there I get a different answer about the same issue. Not too happy. Probably start looking for a new agency. And some of the women that work there are very rude!! Don't recommend this place
Nice agents here. I couldn't get a lower rate here and they were OK with that no pressure to move my accounts to them at all.
