We are an independent insurance agency based in South Florida, and we’ve been working with MGA for over 10 years. Throughout this time, we have never had any complaints. Our underwriter, Jeffrey Daddario, consistently goes above and beyond to meet all our insureds’ needs. He is always responsive, professional, and readily available to answer our calls and questions. We truly appreciate the exceptional service and partnership.

Seems as though this company gives the run around and only deals with agencies. However, the agencies themselves have to chase answers and refunds from this insurance company. Representatives of this company all sound like they are having a bad day or you are inconveniencing them by calling. The reviews themselves are accurate. I'm sure this was a great company at one point, but their customer service in my opinion is number 1 best in class for poor & dreadful.

Disgusted to find out an employee of yours was making posts online rejoicing of an innocent man, husband and father being murdered infront of thousands.

Edit: it’s official this company is straight BS! They cancelled my policy before they even reviewed my files just 3 days before it was due. I contacted the agency that referred them and they agreed and are currently working on finding another one. Poor communication. We received a surprise letter saying we would lose our policy just 3 months after we signed every and paid for everything. It wasn’t until I called the broker questioning them, that we then receive an email about the inspection ( we knew absolutely nothing about) apparently this inspector came and took a couple photos but never REALLY inspected the home. I don’t feel comfortable with this company, I feel they cut corners. We should’ve been aware of the inspection and we should’ve been notified immediately of any problems tha

I received my renewal quote today. I have had no claims in the 1 year I owned my home. I was quote:. THIRTY THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS. For a policy with awful coverage. $33,100 FOR THE YEAR. It's laughable. Completely laughable.
