I would advise against engaging with this company for life insurance. I have been attempting to obtain information about my policy for a minimum of five months. The receptionist, who is not licensed, attempted to provide me with policy-related information. This lack of qualification has resulted in a consistent failure to follow up with calls. I was compelled to persist in making repeated calls. Receptionist name is Rebecca and this is the Livonia office.
Everyone is so helpful at Bankers Life. I appreciate the culture and atmosphere of the team.
We have been trying to cancel our policy for five months now. Reps will not call us back, the general customer service line will not respond or says they cannot help us with that and that a rep will have to get back to us. Stay away from this company. Horrible customer support beyond getting your money.
I have loved my experience with Bankers Life. I love that I can meet my agent in person and have my concerns addressed in a timely manner.
Ms Papas has been absolutely wonderful helping me get all the things I need for my Mother in Law making sure all of her medical needs are met and covered. Thank you Ms. Rebecca
