I strongly recommend that you avoid this agency at all costs. Not only do they not have a clue what they are doing, but they are not friendly and make major mistakes that they are unwilling to resolve. I can’t believe how terrible my experience with this agency has been after the new owners purchased it a few years ago. On top of all of that, when I switched to another insurance company, my insurance premium decreased by over 50% for the same insurance coverage.

Kristy, Luci and the team are always helpful and willing to pick up the phone to discuss any need or concerns with my policies.

They are very helpful and friendly. I added my home policy along with the car insurance. Very satisfied
