Unreasonable to do business with. After years of coverage file one claim they do there best to work around solution. Deny written appraisals. Then drop coverage. There are better options. Do your research before choosing them.

Nearly twice the coverage on home and personal property/ contents for nearly half the cost of national brands. Why pay for all the hurricanes, wildfires and tornados in the south and west/midwest if you don't live in a region that has a lot of that activity. Just my 2 cents.

Called about my heater going out two weeks ago, still have not reached a call back!!
