I have been with the Tim baker for almost 20 years. From the first day, my experience with Tim Baker and staff has been extremely professional and caring. To this day, with perhaps dozens of contacts established by me with concerns of one kind or other. They have always responded professionally and more importantly with a tone of heartfelt concern.

Tim Baker and his team are excellent. I came to all state after my previous insurer dropped my coverage for reasons that seemed trivial. Especially when I walked into the office and Tim's agent said, and I quote "I'm not sure why they would drop someone for this." I have been with Tim Baker and his team since 2019, and they have been nothing short of excellent. I seriously have nothing but nice things to say about Tim and his team. They answered every single question I have ever asked, no matter how silly it may have been to them, they treated me with respect and kindness, and educated me on things I questioned.
