I had loved Valley Trust until my agent left the agency and then I started having issues. My agent was always helpful and quick to resolve and issues I had but after she left you might as well be communicating with a wall because no one wants to help you nor do they know what they’re doing…. After she left I looked into switching my insurance to a different agency found one that was highly recommended and started to the process to switch my policy over… I kept getting the run around from Jake one of the Valley Trust Agency’s owners. He kept giving excuses after excuses of why my policy was delayed in moving over. Not to mention his rudeness every time I’d call to ask him about it. My policy finally got switched after 4 months of trying to get its moved. I highly recommend you switch yours

Update 10/28/23 Chris has literally been the best over the years. Not only did he help me find the best deal for insurance which finally got me into a new car but when I had an issue with the car he personally reached out to the insurance company to see what my options were. I couldn’t recommend him enough!!

My family went to this agency because of a specific agent and he was great! When this agent left the group, he told us personally that he had left but we were never notified by the agency. It was months before I brought it to their attention when I asked who my agent was. My husband had called for emergency information regarding my vehicle being disabled and it was over 24 hours before we received a call back. We also had some questions/issues last year and received a call from management, who didn't seem to be too interested in helping us solve the issue, we were not impressed. There are a couple of great people here...Jodi Tibbs is fantastic! We have changed our insurance company and gotten amazing service already and better coverage for a cheaper price. I hope everyone else has a better

Valley Trust handles all of the many complex business insurance needs that I have. They respond to my (many) requests very quickly and have done an amazing job finding competitive rates with terrific service. Jodi Tibbs handles our health insurance and she is incredibly knowledgeable and can quickly cut though the complicated maze of the health insurance world. She is a great asset to have and I highly recommend her! This team does a great job.

Chris Branson and his team at Valley Trust Insurance are awesome. He saved me a lot on my vehicle insurance from my previous company. Also with the difference I saved was able to get my renters insurance with them. Highly recommend them.
