The "agent" I spoke with today couldn't even locate my policy. I have been using ASAP since 2008 as my insurance agent. Then she was rude to me. Literally talked to me like I was a child. I will never use their services again. Furthermore, I am cancelling my insurance with Infinity simply because ASAP is a broker for them. I am disgusted by this company.

This has to be the worst insurance brokers office out there. I have been calling them for over a week now ten times a day to add a car to my policy. They never answer and when they do they hang up on you. God forbid something happens to you in an accident who knows if they even sell you what they say they do. Do not use these people , stay away from this company.

The worst customer service EVER!! We bought a car, and since our car dealer had this insurance set out already, I wanted to continue, and increase the coverage and drivers. After 4 days 3 calls they couldn't even provide a decent quote on paper!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. These people have zero respect and zero customer service skills. I have to call an average of 20 times in a row to get through to anybody, and when you do finally get through you get nothing but attitude. Complete garbage.

Unprofessional people working Here! The person that answers the phone acts like this is her business and talks to people how ever she wants. Also they made mistake and didn't give me what I paid for so not instead of 6 months I have to pay monthly. But they charged me.
