My experience with the agency was average. They were courteous when communicating, but it was just an average experience. Here is a walkthrough. - After stopping in person to leave my information to get a quote on 6 vehicles/motorcycles and homeowners, I sent them full information on what coverages I wanted/vehicle info, etc, and did not hear back until I proactively emailed them again 4 days later. - The response was initially just questions on what kinds of vehicles I had (I had already provided the make/model and VIN), something that a google search would have shown. No big deal. - After providing that, I was asked for more information on the values of the vehicles, engine size, etc (again, something that I assume they would look up) so I sent that. - After sending that info, I did not

I highly, highly recommend working with Marlena. Although I did not end up moving forward with buying insurance, she was fantastic every step of the way. She is very thoughtful, caring, and will advocate for you. She would be a great person to help you navigate the jungle that is this insane insurance market.

My wife and I have been working with Audra this past year as we transitioned to Medicare. Audra was great to work with and very patient with us as she taught us about the different plans available. After Audra helped us wrap up our Medicare coverage, I asked her about other insurance coverage. Unbeknownst to her, we had an expensive commercial policy we had been trying to replace, along with various other policies that had been greatly increasing in costs over the past several years. Audra worked diligently with us to shop all of our other policies. As a result, we were able to consolidate all our policies, including the commercial policies, to a single Broker/Agent (Audra), saving us about $5000 a year in the process. We highly recommend Audra and are so thankful to have found her.

We have been working with Marlena Close for our family's health insurance needs since about January 2023 and have had such a positive experience! This was our first time purchasing health insurance from the Marketplace and she really walked alongside us in this new and unfamiliar journey. She is always so responsive to all of our questions and I learned a lot working with her. She heard and understood our family's insurance needs well and set us up with a really great plan right from the beginning. Her communication is clear, prompt, and so helpful. We are now moving to a new state and she has been great in connecting us with new insurance resources in our new state. We wish we could take her services with us wherever we go. We highly recommend working with her!

Marlena was/is absolutely amazing to work with! We were looking to bring on insurance for our team for the first time and Marlena made the process for us a breeze. She was very patient, attentive, responsive and extremely kind. 10/10 experience and would highly recommend going through Marlena!
