Would give negative stars but not allowed. Was hit in an accident at the end of June. It took 2 days to finally get a hold of someone to report the accident. And of course, they can't get into the claim..... I'm calling to put in a claim... Apparently the other party put in the claim on their end. "we'll call you as soon as we can get in"..... The other persons insurance contacted me before the company I paid for has..... 15 phone calls later, I finally talk to them. All to say that I need to release the now total loss car to them. About 16 days after the accident they have the nerve to say that I have to pay the storage fee and then release the car to them. First of all, I took the car out of wherever the village sent it to. They are the worst insurance company I have ever encountered! I'm going to report them in hopes they get closed down and stop ripping people off. I had full coverage on my auto mobile for 2 years. Unfortunately, my vehicle caught on fire (reason unknown) and caused part of my aunts house to get damaged. During the whole claim process they verbally told me both, my car and aunt's house, would be covered. Eventually, they covered my car but refused to cover the damage to the house. They verbatim stated, "the insured (me) had no prior knowledge her vehicle would start on fire" as the reason of denial to cover damages. I was afraid of the service I would get after reading all the horrible reviews from this company. I was rear ended by one of their policy holders and have had no action from them because their client hasn't returned their call to verify that he hit me. They are rude when I call and completely unhelpful. My next step will be to have my insurance take care of the claim, pay my deductible, and then have them go after Apollo for the reimbursement. Why would anyone use this insurance company.

I have 2 cars insured with Apollo. Both were damaged by hail on May27,2019.1st of all the woman Angie who took my claims is a liar and is one of the rudest people I ever seen in a customer service position. I made my claim she told me an insurance adjuster would come out and look at my cars. Ok fine the guy came the next day. It all looked good. So I asked him after he tooked pictures what was next. He said he would give the pictures to an adjuster and they would get back with me. I told him I thought you were an adjuster. He said no he just takes the pictures then an adjuster look them over and decides what they will give me. Both my cars are covered with little tiny dents which you can not see unless you look at it from certian angles. Theres no picture gonna do it justice. No adjuster

Terrible! A person with Apollo hit my car. Apollo used every excuse not to pay for the damage. Filed complaint with the state. Found that Apollo had a record amount of complaints.
