Amigo Insurance

The worker Monica/Laura (the manager i believe) is very disrespectful. They were raising their voice with me and stepped into my face after I decided to stop working with them and took my policy with my signature on it. What kind of person is this even working for a customer service based industry?

I went to Amigo Insurance Agent and tried it for half a year. At that time, when I first went there, they charged me $50 for the service fee. I didn't understand that I wouldn't get it anymore, but I didn't. During this time, I didn't have any accidents, but the Direct Auto Insurance company on the paper I wrote to renew my insurance did not respond to emails, did not answer the my call, and had none office anywhere. I wanted to pay extra again, so I looked for another insurance company. So I went to another place and got insurance for 40-50% cheaper than what I paid here for half a year.
