Michael Cuzzi, a claims adjuster employed by your company, has demonstrated a level of conduct that is deeply unprofessional, dismissive, and entirely lacking in basic compassion. Throughout this matter, he has treated individuals involved as though they have not experienced a traumatic event, while imposing unreasonable and excessive demands without regard for their circumstances. This behavior reflects poorly not only on Mr. Cuzzi, but on your organization as a whole. This company is a Scam. Charged me $750 to start my policy. Telling me that they have the best rates. My car was in a hit and run. I provided all the documents, and they purposefully rejected my claim Because I made a mistake on my policy and mis-spelled the street I was on. Please do not use this garbage company. They are liars, they insurance reps say they are america auto however, they send you to a third party agency. That sends you to a 1 star 200 review body shop that steals from your car. SCAMMMMMM ARTIST!
