Rebecca and her team are terrible with communication and have zero concern in retaining business. It took several inquiries about our policy renewal costs to then be handed off to Randy who never made contact. After following up again, was told she'd look into it after she went camping that weekend. This was the response after several messages were sent via email and left via voicemail. No communication still from her so I followed up again as our renewal was now due. She simply handed us off to Randy again which I stated was unacceptable as we have never heard from him. Her response was our renewal was the renewal and they supposedly explored all possibilities but nothing better was available. I highly doubt they looked into anything! Needless to say, we will take our 5 policies elsewhere
