AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! This company is extremely fraudulent and untrustworthy. I saw unauthorized charges on my account for $109. When I called, they gave me the run around and claimed I was ineligible for a refund because they alleged that I used a benefit of theirs for a whopping $30 back in 2023! According to them, that gave them the right to charge my card $50+ a month in 2025. If I can give them 0 stars I would! I do not respect any company that operates fraudulently and refuses to take accountability for their mistakes. They have flawed policies in place to trap you, STEAL your money, and NEVER refund you. Side note: They are affiliated with Synchrony Bank, so be careful not to get coaxed into one of their schemes!!!!!!

I am the founder of the company. We have 16 million customers so I guess 2 complaints is not bad. We administer financial products on behalf of large financial institutions. If you purchase a product it is clearly disclosed on your credir card statement every month. Call us with any issues and we will do our best to resolve.

If I could rate negative 10 stars I would. This company fraudulently charged me 35.00 a month over the course of three years without me knowing hiding it on a statement that I never receive. I have never even heard of this company nor did I consent to any agreement.
