Anthony Pressley IV - State Farm Insurance Agent

Anthony was great 3 years ago, but now he is incredibly hard to get ahold of. Will not answer phone calls, voice messages, or emails. When you do get ahold of him, he doesn't know the answer and fails to get back to you. Do not go with Anthony.

Great to work with - when you can actually get a hold of him. I've worked with him since 2020 and have just requested a new agent as I was finally fed up with the lack of responses and lack of attention to details (tried to give some grace in our busy world). I've called the their office on multiple occasions over the years (at various times throughout the day) and the phone will typically go unanswered - usually will answer after multiple email attempts. Switched to a new agent/group and have had much better success already!

Anthony Pressley is a bad insurance agent for state farm. We had to hunt him down just to drop a vehicle or to pay him. We had to go over his head to another state farm agent just to pay our monthly premium. His office says closed for remodeling for the past two months and it's all a front. He will not answer phone calls, emails, or text messages. Your lucky if he gets back to you a week later. Please be advised to not use this agent.

Nice man, but you will never get in contact with him. Whether its email or phone there's no response. Its always a chore to get documents. I guess he has other priorities. What I found interesting was that when I attempted to switch agents, suddenly my documents were being sent to me...funny how that works.

Could never reach the agent half the time. I finally received a letter stating that my insurance was going to be canceled due to a lack of payment. Something went wrong with my credit card and that was the case. I never received a courtesy call or anything. What’s the point In having an “agent”. Tried calling after this and even wrote an email..... never got a response.
