I've been with this group for close to 30 years. I see no reason to leave as they've always given great service and competitive rates. I recently had car trouble on the way to a work trip and had to rent a car. I spoke with Wendy and sent in my rental car receipt to get reimbursed. She let me know that the work on the car could also be a claim since the damage was caused by road debris. I wasn't even thinking of this! She was very helpful in getting the claim setup and explaining the process. I appreciate the 5* service!
