Amigos Insurance

They always do the process fast and easy. I been opening loans for my small business multiple times and they always help me out. I have never had a problem.

Terrible company. They have the worst customer service. Do not care. They treat you like it's your fault. They don't give you solutions to anything. As you can see, I canceled my policy and even so they put obstacles in my way to reimburse the outstanding balance that I had already paid. Send a signed letter of cancellation and even if it continues to automatically charge my account. Ultimately a disaster. I would not recommend it!

i called to get a quote… lady who picked up, talked fast and with an attitude. when i said i didn't have my vin number in hand to give me a second, she replied “this is why i asked you” got mad and put me on hold without giving me a chance to speak. i decided to hang up… i work customer service myself, and this is no way acceptable! they need better people

Terrible customer service, the employees are all rude and ignorant. I've asked them about 6 times in a month to send over proof of insurance to my bank and they failed to do so after assuring me they'd get it done. Well my bank started charging me more for not sending in proof and when I called (amigos insurance) to ask why proud hadn't been sent the lady on the phone was rude and laughed and said it was not her problem. Do not bother with these jerks all they do is take your money.

Sheesh, talk about terrible customer service.. Went in to pay my monthly insurance only to find out I've been driving w/o insurance for over 1 month, apparently and I quote, "it's not their job" to inform me of that, hm.. but it was okay to take my money? Not very professional, do not recommend. 👎🏽
