Amie Kim - State Farm Insurance Agent

I needed to get a State Farm agent in Columbus, OH to get auto and renter’s insurance for my daughter. When I called, I ended up speaking with Ariam Gabriel, an Account Manager there. Ariam was extremely helpful! She understood what I needed, answered all my questions in a way that was easy to understand, sent emails to me showing the various coverage options we could get for my review, made suggestions that had not occurred to me, etc. She clearly was an expert in these matters, and was also very, very nice! There was never any pressure from her. The service she provided could not have been better. I highly recommend her!

Amie made getting my new car insurance policy quick and easy. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and great to work with. Highly recommend!

Amie Kim is a great agent. I had to set up renters insurance during a short notice move to a new city and i left a message with her after close last Wednesday inquiring about policies. By the next morning, she’d reached out, and after speaking, she even went ahead and called my new apartment complex for me during the day to arrange the policy because I had poor cellphone service at my job and wasn’t able to leave my desk most of the day. Excellent service. I will 100% keep Amie Kim as my agent for the rest of my time in Ohio due to high quality and punctual service.

Amie and her team are excellent. Super responsive, quick to pull together a solution, and competitive on rates. I’ve worked with insurance agents before and some of them seriously lack hustle. Not the case here at all. Amie has always been on top of it and tailored my insurance needs to my situation. I have all my policies with her and would highly recommend.
