I know very little about worker's compensation insurance. However, what I do know is that if your company is worse than this one, then I pray God's mercy for your injury. I cannot image a worse insurance company.
No organization one minute I'm having my surgery the next I'm not because no one is answering the phones
Will not use or consider. Poor communication skills in a field where communication with the patients family is impairitive!
These people don't know how to answer the phone. Denied my claim and won't tell me why.
They don’t answer their phones!! Left close to 25 voicemails and heard nothing back.
